Ross joined the organ world at 17, following in his father’s organ-building footsteps. He quickly built a reputation as a highly professional and dynamic tuner around the Midlands area. This reputation enabled him to secure several high-profile tunings with the leading UK company Nicholson & Co. Ross is accredited in tuning and maintenance and cleaning and overhauls.
Working alongside his father and organ builder associate Keith Jones, he gained tremendous experience. Over the years, he has taken over most of the tuning and maintenance work throughout the Midlands and South Wales. Ross is accredited at tuning, maintenance, cleaning, and overhauls with the Institute of British Organ Building (IBO).
Neil has been in the organ trade for over 20 years; working within the family business, he has built a fine reputation in his own right. Neil is a very professional organ tuner with the skills and characteristics necessary to succeed. He now operates from the Southeast of England, with a substantial tuning round and several prestige organs in his care. Neil worked alongside the team at Nicholson & Co. on their installation of the Holy Trinity Cathedral, Aukland, NZ and numerous high-profile restorations.
Paul is head of the Daly family and has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of pipe organs. During his 50 years of service to the trade, he has worked with Nicholson & Co. on overseas installations in the USA, New Zealand, and Europe, along with prestigious UK projects, including Birmingham Oratory, Paisley Abbey and Portsmouth Cathedral. Paul is now overseeing work in an advisory capacity as he begins to enjoy semi-retirement.
Keith is a close associate of the family who offers broad expertise in the workshop and specialises in the voicing and tonal finishing of our projects. Keith has restored over 70 instruments during his illustrious organ-building career.
